Par rapport \u00e0 la machine \u00e0 souder \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence traditionnelle, la machine \u00e0 souder \u00e0 onduleur MF pr\u00e9sente les avantages suivants : petite taille, poids l\u00e9ger, \u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie, bonne qualit\u00e9 de soudage, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 du soudage d\u00e9pend directement du contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du courant de soudage, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des solutions de d\u00e9tection de courant tr\u00e8s performantes. Si l'on prend l'exemple d'une machine \u00e0 souder de 500 A, le courant d'arc peut atteindre 1250 A ou plus, et la consommation \u00e9lectrique instantan\u00e9e du shunt peut \u00eatre plus de 6 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du fonctionnement normal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. un environnement de travail difficile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les machines \u00e0 souder g\u00e9n\u00e8rent beaucoup de chaleur, de projections de m\u00e9tal et de fortes interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques.
